Watermelon has given Pier Solar for Genesis a redesigned site, which now includes an intro to the website after which it displays the page where you may pre-order.¬† There are two different pre-order options. The ‘classic pack’ is $35 and earns you the 64 MEG cart, SEGA CD (for enhanced sound and “goodies“), 24 page color booklet, clamshell case and Pier Solar poster. The ‘Posterity pack’ is $50 and nabs you all of the above along with a few words printed in the manual/game credits, and is taken as a donation. If you are interested in trying the game before putting down the cash, check out the demo by going to the media secion of the website and downloading the demo in ROM format (playable in most Genesis emulators). I have not played the demo, but chances are I will post my impressions in a few days, hopefully Larcen will do the same.
